Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Resource Development Coordinator to join our team. Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue (BGCB) has an exciting opportunity for an inaugural Director of Individual Giving. This position reports to the Chief Development Officer and will identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors of $25K+. The Director should have at least 5 years of experience in major gifts fundraising, knowledge of funders in the region, and the local philanthropic landscape.
