This position is located at our award-winning Tenderloin Clubhouse, one of our strongest and most effective program locations. ABOUT THE JOB:
Under the supervision of the Senior Vice President of Clubhouse Services, the Clubhouse Director is in charge at the Tenderloin Clubhouse and is expected to provide high-level leadership and oversight. The Clubhouse Director is ultimately responsible for management of the team, program delivery and outcome measurement, strategic partnerships, risk management and fiscal management. The Clubhouse Director provides vision, leadership and execution of BGCSF’s strategic plan goals. The Clubhouse Director is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong Clubhouse culture (positive, aspirational, safe, and developmental), with staff, youth members, families and external partners.
This position is full-time supporting the Tenderloin Clubhouse per the job posting. This position is benefits eligible.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and BGCSF needs. At BGCSF, our decisions are based on other factors and dependent on the circumstances for each position. Depending on the need and requirement of the position, an individual could be hired at or near the entry-level, mid-level, or top-of-the-range for their role and compensation. As such, a reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000 - $107,000 annually.
