Directs and manages overall daily operations of a branch/unit under the control of the organization with the primary concern for a comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery. Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue (BGCB) has an exciting opportunity for an inaugural Director of Individual Giving. This position reports to the Chief Development Officer and will identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors of $25K+. The Director should have at least 5 years of experience in major gifts fundraising, knowledge of funders in the region, and the local philanthropic landscape. The Director is responsible for ensuring major gifts revenue increases year over year. Together with the CDO, they will develop systems, metrics, and reports for a thriving individual giving program for BGCB.
