Works collaboratively with assigned Teen Coordinators/Club Directors and responsible for ensuring the implementation of teen programs and developing local resources for Club teens ages 13-18 throughout Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia. The Senior Clubhouse Director is responsible for the overall management and operations of the entire Shadyside Clubhouse, serving as the leader of the staff and primary liaison to families, partners, and the community. BGCWC will be celebrating its 60th Anniversary this year, as it has provided sustained growth and impacted the lives of Weld County area youth since 1964. Thousands of youths have come through the doors of BGCWC and it currently serves over 1,200 youth annually throughout club sites located in Fort Lupton, Milliken, Galeton, and Fort Morgan in addition to two clubs in Greeley along with a brand-new Teen Center under construction; to be completed this spring. The Boys & Girls Club of Souhegan Valley (BGCSV), founded in 1991 in Milford, NH, is a safe space for kids of all ages and backgrounds to learn and grow during out of school time. The Club’s facilities are impressive. It was built 20 years ago and in 2016 Club members cut the ribbon on a new gymnasium, starting the newest chapter in BGCSV’s history. The Club is known as a welcoming place for children to play, be themselves, and discover their interests.
We are a Community Leader: The Club is a thriving organization and community staple, serving more than 1,000 members each year from Milford and the surrounding towns, with more than 200 children attending
We offer Quality Programming: Our programs are rooted in and reflect our guiding values: Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Community, Respect, and Fun! Programming runs year-round and includes academic help, athletic programs, a vibrant theater community, engaging STEAM programming, and community service and leadership clubs.
Our Programming is Innovative: Unique to BGCSV is our Amato Center for the Performing Arts, a community theater that hosts 10 - 12 mainstage plays and musicals each year, serving ages 6-18 and impacting more than 1,000 local youth from surrounding towns. Also unique is our nationally recognized prevention program and our CAST Coalition (Community Action for Safe Teens), which aims to prevent substance misuse in Souhegan Valley, promote healthy choices among youth, and educate and support families.

As the Vice President of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial vitality and sustainability of BGCWPA. Leading our financial operations, you will be a key member of the leadership team, managing a dynamic accounting team and overseeing internal and external audits. This role requires a strategic mindset, financial acumen, and a passion for supporting the growth of a non-profit organization with a budget exceeding $9 million and a diverse team of 150-200 full and part-time employees.

The Senior Director of Institutional Giving is responsible for raising the organization’s profile in the Metro Atlanta area in pursuit of strategic, high-value partnerships with companies and foundations. These partnerships will yield revenue, expand awareness of BGCMA among corporate employees and consumers, and leverage corporate talent to enable Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta to serve more kids, more often, with greater impact across Metro Atlanta.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, adept project manager, and consummate networker, who can ignite enthusiasm and inspire people to support the cause. The Senior Director will partner closely with the Vice President, Resource Development, the Program team, Development colleagues, senior leadership, board members, advisory board members and donors. The position will report directly to the VP, Resource Development.
The Vice President, Resource Development will work closely with the Chief Development Officer (CDO) to provide leadership for the Resource Development (RD) department- a 19-person team charged with raising $19+ million annually to support BGCMA’s general operations and our RISE2025 goal to serve more kids, more often, with greater impact across Metro Atlanta.
This role manages a team of 8 development leaders tasked with raising nearly $9 million of the $19 million annual goal from Foundations, Corporations, and Special Events. This role is supported by a Sr. Director of Institutional Giving, Director of Foundation Giving, Director of Institutional Giving, Director of Partnerships, Community Engagement Manager, Director of Special Events, Special Events Manager, and a Special Events Coordinator.
The Vice President, Resource Development must be a seasoned development professional with deep roots in the Atlanta philanthropic market. They must raise the organization’s profile in the Metro Atlanta area in pursuit of strategic, high-value partnerships with companies and foundations. The VP will be responsible for increasing philanthropic support from institutions by at least 10% each year. Because the position manages a team, the VP must be a strong people manager and have a commitment to developing a strong team of front-line fundraisers.
The VP will partner closely with the CDO, Programs & Operations team, Development colleagues, senior leadership, board members, advisory board members and donors to ensure BGCMA raises the necessary resources to fulfill our mission.
