Directs and manages overall daily operations of a branch/unit under the control of the organization with the primary concern for a comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery. Plans, implements, supervises all athletic programs at all sites that provide sports under the supervision of the Unit Director and/or Area Director

  This position has responsibilities as a Childcare Director for Boys and Girls Clubs of Elko including day-to-day operations. The director provides leadership and training to teachers implementing services for all children utilizing screening and assessment tools. The director will supervise teachers and substitutes at 2 locations.  

The Teen Director is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of a specific program for teens within a designated Club. Program responsibility supports our priority outcome areas of Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character and Citizenship. The Teen Director also provides leadership and supervision to assigned program and volunteer staff; manages budgets and controls expenses as assigned.

The Youth Development Professional plans, implements, supervises and evaluates youth activities provided in specific Boys & Girls Clubs program areas, such as Education & Career Development, The Arts, Sports Fitness & Recreation, Health & Life Skills, Character & Leadership, Development or Specialized Initiatives.
