The Annual Giving Manager is a key member of the Resource Development team. The Donor Relations Manager will generate fundraising income to meet or exceed budget goals through identification, research, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donor prospects, individual donors, and corporate volunteer groups. The primary objective of the Donor Impact Manager is to develop long-term relationships built on a firm understanding of donors’ interests, passions, and values.
Directs and manages overall daily operations of a branch/unit under the control of the organization with the primary concern for a comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery. Also supervises and trains staff (direct and indirect reports), handles personnel issues, manages facility, develops and manages a budget, actively engages and supports a Unit Advisory Council, and manages community relations, volunteers, and membership administration.
