The VP of Resource Development works with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and board to plan and execute resource development strategies and monitor progress toward goals. Supports the CEO in positioning the board to cultivate and solicit major gifts and grants from individuals, corporations, foundations, United Way, government agencies and others, and is responsible for providing leadership and direction to staff in support of resource development and marketing.   Annual Salary $50,000-$75,000

Supports the CEO in positioning the board to cultivate and solicit major gifts and grants from individuals, corporations, foundations, United Way, government agencies and others, and is responsible for providing leadership and direction to staff in support of resource development and marketing.

Responsible for planning, directing, supervising and evaluating Club athletic programs to line up with, correspond to and support Area/Branch strategy.

The Assistant Club Director works with the Club Director to oversee the daily operations of the Unit, with primary concern for membership promotion, volunteer engagement and income accountability. The Assistant Club Director assumes full responsibility for the Club in the absence of the Club Director. This position will also have an emphasis in supporting the teen program and college bound program.
