The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing the daily fiscal operations of Don Moyer Boys & Girls Club, including accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing. The Field Services is responsible for overseeing afterschool programs at various school sites. This encompasses adherence to policy and procedure, appearance of space and successful operation of programs at the sites. Job Summary: This position is directly responsible to the Program Director for all administrative and programming issues. Responsibilities include: the direct supervision of club members and staff to ensure the overall safety of members at all times. The UD is the daily contact for the assigned BGC site and school personnel. The UD will maintain a positive relationship with parents of members and communicate any concerns. This position reports directly to the Unit Director. Responsibilities include conducting Power Hour: the homework assistance program. Duties also include assisting with homework assignments and personal education development of enrolled members. Must plan, promote and execute extra-curricular programming as assigned by the Co-Unit Director. Direct supervision of club members to ensure safety. DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT - $50,000 - $65,000 annual salary The Director of Development works with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and board to plan and execute resource development strategies and monitor progress toward goals. Supports the CEO in positioning the board to cultivate and solicit major gifts and grants from individuals, corporations, foundations, United Way, government agencies and others, and is responsible for providing leadership and direction to staff in support of resource development and marketing.

Job Summary: The Vice President of Development will be responsible for leading the regional fundraising efforts for Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida with a focus on developing individual, corporate, and foundation donors within the specified geographic areas as well as support Fundraising & Advocacy Board Members within these counties on fundraising opportunities. In collaboration with the Chief Development Officer, the Vice President of Development will execute the organization's fundraising strategy throughout Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties.

PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Director of Development Operations is responsible for working alongside Development Leadership to implement an operational strategy to drive donor investment and engagement with the organization.  This is achieved through customer relationship management software utilization, development of stewardship initiatives, organization of Club engagement opportunities, and a focus on continuous improvement of key metrics and process effectiveness through data collection and analysis.
