This position is primarily responsible for following and assisting in Squash practice plans, preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate programs and activities, and facilitating and assisting in individual practice plans. In addition to ensuring the emotional and physical safety of groups of 5 to 15 members, the Squash & Fitness Assistant is responsible for delivering the optimal Club experience for members, embracing the Club's mission and core values, developing healthy and supportive relationships with Club members, and modeling academic success, healthy lifestyles, and good character and citizenship with youth.
The director of donor engagement is primarily responsible for cultivating and stewarding existing and new donors and gifts that support the organization’s long-term sustainability. The position supports a variety of development efforts for special organization needs. Managing responsibilities such as individual donor meetings, fundraising-focused marketing, and donor relations, the director of donor engagement is an integral part of the resource development team.
VP, Impact & Outcomes is responsible for providing thoughtful leadership, direction and oversight to Clubs, program quality, and partnership development. Oversee program model planning, implementation, compliance and evaluation throughout all clubs and school-based sites throughout BGCGA. Supervise service delivery in all Clubs, including direct supervision of all Club Directors. In collaboration with other senior leaders, plan and implement training for all program staff. With Club Directors, develop and maintain community collaborations and relations, budget development and management, crisis preparedness, safety, and membership recruitment and retention goals.
The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of a specific program for youth between the ages of 6 and 18 within a designated Club. Program responsibility supports our priority outcome areas of Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character and Citizenship. The Program Director also provides leadership and supervision to assigned program and volunteer staff; manages budgets and controls expenses as assigned.
Directs and manages the overall daily operations of a branch/unit under the control of the organization with the primary concern for a comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery, supervision and training of staff (direct and indirect reports), personnel issues, management of a facility, manage a budget, actively engage and support a community relations, volunteers, and membership administration. Represents the Club in the community and builds a professional and positive image of The Salvation Army implementing program services that advance the mission of The Salvation Army.
