  The Teen Services Director is responsible for ensuring implementation of teen programs and developing local resources for teens ages 13-18 that foster workforce readiness at our Teen Center in Chesapeake, VA. This role ensures that teen members have access to high quality, trauma informed programming that fosters positive identity, education, social, emotional and cultural competencies that prepare them for post-secondary planning. Additionally, this role is responsible for training of teen staff, community relations, program reporting, recruitment and alumni engagement.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the chief visionary and operational leader for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Annapolis & Anne Arundel County (BGCAA).
