Overview

An exciting opportunity to lead the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County (BGCCC) is now open—we’re seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer to help shape the future of our organization and the communities we serve. We’re looking for an innovative leader who can drive strategic growth, expand partnerships, and increase our annual operating budget to match our bold vision. This is a pivotal moment for BGCCC, and the right leader will have the opportunity to build on our strong foundation and elevate our impact for years to come.

The CEO will lead the overall planning and operations of the organization while providing vision, direction, and support to the Board of Directors. This role is responsible for bringing our mission to life—ensuring that local kids and teens have access to a safe, fun, and engaging Club experience, led by caring professionals committed to helping them achieve great futures.

As a powerful testament, an astounding 54% of national Club alumni have expressed that the Club has had a life-altering impact on them. This highlights the incredible opportunity that awaits you and your team to make a profound and transformative difference in the lives of our youth, which will undoubtedly bring about profound and lasting changes.

The ambition for the future of the organization is to be able to increase BGCCC’s positive impact on the Collier County community. One way to achieve that is to increase the number of youths served. Improving program efficacy is another way.  Some combination of the two is the likely strategy for success. The new CEO will be tasked with setting the vision, garnering the community’s support, and harnessing the resources to achieve this two-fold impact improvement.
