The Nantucket Boys & Girls Club is seeking a strategic Chief Advancement Officer to lead the organization into its next stage of growth. This leader is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive fundraising and marketing strategy, plan, and engine to support the Nantucket Boys & Girls Club. Working collaboratively with the Chief Executive Officer, the leadership team, and with the Board, this leader will build a fund development program to include major and individual gifts, foundation grants, endowment, corporate sponsorships, events, and other strategies to raise significant funds annually. The Chief Advancement Officer will drive awareness and advocacy of NBGC’s mission, need, and deliverables that reflect the diverse Nantucket demographics and ensure the funds to make the mission a reality.
From May to October the position will be based on Nantucket Island while there will be flexibility during the shoulder months. Annual Club events fall in early June (Sam Sylvia Golf Tournament) and August (Tim Russert Summer Groove).
Oversees Club operations and programs with primary concern for program development and implementation; staff development; supervision of assigned staff; facilities; and budget management.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Reporting to the Director of Programs and Operations, the Associate Director of Programs - Academic Success will play a critical role in helping Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington (BGCSW) achieve its vision to provide high quality programs. This position will lead all Academic Success initiatives, partnerships, and programming as well as a variety of significant activities including oversight and leadership of Clubs, and supervision and development of staff.
The Human Resource Director is responsible for managing and administering Club human resources functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, safety, employee relations, performance management and staff development. Provides advice and counsel to management in the development and implementation of policies and practices that comply with all applicable regulations and are consistent with Boys & Girls Club mission and values.
POSITION: Full-time, exempt salaried position
HOURS: Generally Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm. Some later evening hours and weekend hours may be occasionally required.
SALARY: $50,000 annual salary, plus medical/dental/vision, long term disability insurance, life insurance, & Simple IRA benefits.
REPORTS TO: Clubhouse Director
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Assistant Director works with the Clubhouse Director to deliver an afterschool program at our main Clubhouse that is BGCC mission focused and geared towards positive youth development for members in K-6th grades.
Directs and manages overall daily operations at units/branches/Clubs with the primary concern for a comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery, supervision and training of staff (direct and indirect reports), facilities management, community relations and membership administration. Advises and assists Unit/Branch Directors in the areas of volunteer recruitment and management, advisory council development, facility management, personnel issues, budget development and program development.
Directs and manages overall daily operations of a Club/unit under the control of the organization with the primary concern for a comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery, supervision and training of staff (direct and indirect reports), personnel issues, management of a facility, develop and manage a budget, community relations, volunteers, and membership administration.

Job Summary
The VP of Operations will be responsible for managing overall performance of sites and employees of BGCC, with the primary concern for ensuring consistent standards for programming and service delivery, training materials for staff, community relations and membership administration, etc. The VP of Operations directly supervises Senior Director of Program Services, Senior Director of Operations, Human Resources, and NYOI Data and advises them in the areas of volunteers, site management, personnel issues, budget development, and programs.
Environment and Working Conditions
Tasks are regularly performed with moderate exposure to environmental conditions such as dirt, dust, pollen, odors, wetness, humidity, rain, fumes, and temperature and noise extremes.
Physical and Mental Requirements
Tasks involve the ability to exert very moderate physical effort in light work, typically involving some combination of sitting for long periods of time, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling, and which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of moderate weight.

The Clubhouse Director has complete responsibility for management of the
assigned Clubhouse, including planning, overseeing, and recruiting youth programs for ages 6-18. Supervising and recruiting and Clubhouse staff and volunteers, leading a youth mentorship program for teens, and building a professional and positive image of the Club in the community.
This is a management position that requires people leadership experience and a
deep knowledge of the camp industry. The Director will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a 100-acre facility with Olympic size pool located in Millersville, PA. Major responsibilities will include scheduling, supervising staff, and addressing parents. This position requires strong leadership, organization, supervision, communication, and creative qualities. Progressive camp responsibility starts in December and will be the primary focus in April and May. When camp is over, the Program Director will fall under the leadership of a Clubhouse Director to plan, supervise, and lead structured activities that are designed to empower youth, ages 6-18, to excel in school, become good citizens, and lead healthy, productive lives.
The Membership & Outcomes Data Manager (MODM) will be responsible for the performance, integrity and security of BGCCF’s membership and program database. The MODM will be involved in the planning and development of the database, as well as providing technical assistance/training for users and ensuring data that remains reliable and consistent. The position monitors the effective use of data collection and reporting systems, manages Club staff use of outcome measurement tools and data entry, guides the analysis and translation of data, and produces weekly, monthly, annual, and ad hoc reports for senior management.
This position assists the Resource Development Director with management of grants for the Club. Works in conjunction with the Resource Development Director and Executive Director to ensure the smooth business operations of the grants division of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bloomington.
Job Summary for Director of Finance
Salary Range: 50,000 - 65,000
The Director of Finance role is critical to the success of Boys & Girls Clubs. The Director of Finance is responsible for the financial health of the organization. They create and maintain financial records, prepare financial reports, and oversee the organization's budget.
Position Summary:
The Counselor will oversee the implementation programs and activities and ensure a positive environment that promotes and enhances the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence. This is a Part Time position, Monday-Friday, approximately 25 hours each week. Pay Rate: $13-14/hour
The Boys & Girls Club of Pawtucket is offering a one-time sign on bonus of $250 for qualified Part-Time candidates. This bonus will be paid in two installments and will be subject to payroll taxes. The Program Director will assist in the hiring and managing of all staff, interns, and volunteers with the assistance of the Unit Director. The Healthy Lifestyles Director will schedule and supervise programs, track members’ progress, and complete reports for the Healthy Lifestyles priority outcome area. The Healthy Lifestyles Director will be the lead staff in the Gym and supervise staff in the Gym and Game Room. This position is responsible for ensuring that our members have a safe, positive environment while in the Gym and Game Room. The Healthy Lifestyles Director will work intimately with programs involving decision making and physical exercise. Reports to the Unit Director.

The Teen Program Director will be responsible for hiring and managing all staff, interns, and volunteers in the teen areas with the assistance of the Unit Director. Teen Program Director will not be directly responsible for specific programs if desired, but will be integral to the successful implementation of all activities.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Bloomington is in search of a self-directed and experienced accountant responsible for managing all of the organization's financial and donor activities and reporting requirements. Works in conjunction with the Executive Team to ensure the smooth business operations of the accounting and fundraising processes of the organization. This position will NOT do any fundraising, but supports all clerical and administrative work of the Resource Development department as well as the accounting for the whole organization.
