Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley needs dynamic, flexible people who are ignited by the idea of Igniting Greatness in the youth we serve. This newly expanded position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a broad range of programs such as Academic Enrichment, College Readiness, the Arts, and Sports & Recreation. Plan, develop, oversee implementation and supervise programs and program staff for various Teen Center programs, including the integration of Youth Force development programs. This position is also responsible for teen recruitment and retention of teen membership.
Position Summary:
This position assists in maintaining a safe environment, enforces all pool rules and follows all required emergency procedures.
Directs and manages overall daily operations of a branch/unit under the control of the organization with the primary concern for a comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery. Also supervises and trains staff (direct and indirect reports), handles personnel issues, manages facility, develops and manages a budget, actively engages and supports a Unit Advisory Council, and manages community relations, volunteers, and membership administration.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County is currently accepting resumes for Upward Bound (UB) Project Advisor. The UB Project Advisor is, under the supervision of the UB Director responsible for participation, academic success planning, PreCollege programming, case management, administrative compliance, facility and child safety and relationships.
Duties include but not limited to: accountable for recruiting; meet participation goals; act as a liaison between target schools, parents, organization staff, and program staff; accountable for assigned programming and quality programming; provide holistic and comprehensive case management services to members; facility and child safety. May be required to provide support services virtually. May be required to assist with community outreach. There is potential for exposure to germs and illnesses. Employees are to follow all safety procedures and protocols.
Upward Bound provides fundamental support to participants in their preparation for college entrance. The program provides opportunities for participants to succeed in their precollege performance and ultimately in their higher education pursuits. Upward Bound serves high school students from low-income families and high school students from families in which neither parent holds a bachelor's degree. The goal of Upward Bound is to increase the rate at which participants complete secondary education and enroll in and graduate from institutions of postsecondary education.
Work sites are located in low income areas, challenging neighborhoods, and growth neighborhoods. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud and at times moderate or very loud. Position requires working with small to large groups of youth.

GENERAL FUNCTION:
The Club Director reports directly to the Senior Director of Club Operations or County Director and is responsible for the overall maintenance, supervision, program, and general operation of the Club. He/She is responsible for the activities relating to the outreach and recruitment of Members. The Club Director is responsible for Community Relations and hiring staff at the Club level. He/She coordinates the work of the Program Manager and assumes direct responsibilities for the development of specified program areas. The Club Director is responsible for overseeing the staff to implement specific programs related to BGCBC 3 (three) core service areas.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible for assisting Senior Grants Manager in coordinating grant projects by maintaining a portfolio of assigned grants that include but are not limited to foundations, corporations, civic groups, and state, county and federal grant opportunities. Coordinates the planning and preparation of grant proposals from inception to submittal as well as for other organization projects as requested. Provides writing support and works in collaboration with the Senior Grants Manager and Grant Compliance Manager to manage extensive grants calendar and handle reporting as required.

Summary:The Executive Director is responsible for the delivery of high quality programs and services to youth, ages 6-18, as well as the community relationships, financial well-being and facility management of one of the five Clubs that make up the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston (BGCB). The Executive Director, with a Director of Operations and full-time staff of about 15 youth development professionals, ensures the identification and implementation of objectives, standards and practices that meet the goals of the Club and the organization, fulfill “core” program area objectives and fulfill the agency mission. The Executive Director collaborates closely with the CEO, the finance, human resources and fundraising departments in the Main Office, as well as the community advisory board and BGCB’s Board of Directors. This position has responsibilities as a Childcare Director for Boys and Girls Clubs of Elko including day-to-day operations. The director provides leadership and training to teachers implementing services for all children utilizing screening and assessment tools. The director will supervise teachers and substitutes at 2 locations.
The Teen Director is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of a specific program for teens within a designated Club. Program responsibility supports our priority outcome areas of Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character and Citizenship. The Teen Director also provides leadership and supervision to assigned program and volunteer staff; manages budgets and controls expenses as assigned.
