Overview

PRIMARY FUNCTION: This position coordinates and manages projects related to marketing, events, fundraising campaigns, and supervises staff and volunteers within the resource development department under direction of the department director. This department is responsible for the development and implementation of all philanthropy aspects of the Boys & Girls Club of the Bemidji Area.

Responsibilities

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing - Provide direction and support to organization around social media, website, newsletters and PSAs. Prepare and design marketing materials using basic graphic design skills and coordinate with outside marketing vendors.

Events & Campaigns - Coordinate and execute the logistics and marketing around Club events, projects and fundraising campaigns. Lead the event committee.

Stewardship - Provide excellent service to donors, volunteers and outside contacts. Solicit for donations & sponsorships to reach fundraising goals.

Full-time position benefits currently include:
