PRIMARY FUNCTION: Engage and inspire young people aged 6-18 to learn and grow to be responsible adults. Oversee the core programs of the Club for ages 13-18 and both genders by ensuring that staff are planning, developing and implementing programs and activities that support the organizations standards.  Must monitor and evaluate situations quickly using good judgment to assess situations and make decisions.  Create and maintain a safe environment for teens and adults within the program space.  Communicate with parents as necessary regarding behavior and Club events.

Directs/manages overall daily operations of the designated Clubhouse with the primary concern for programs and service delivery, supervision and training of staff, facilities management, community relations and membership administration.  Level (3) branch has a budget of $0 to $99,999, with an average daily attendance of  0 - 44 and closes before 9:00 PM.  

Under the leadership and supervision of the Branch Director, the Program Director is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of a specific program for youth between the ages of 5 and 19 within the assigned Club. Program responsibility supports our priority outcome areas of Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character, and Citizenship. The Program Director also provides leadership and supervision to assigned program and volunteer staff; manages budgets and controls expenses as assigned.
