BRANCH DIRECTOR POSITION DESCRIPTION
Hourly Rate $20-$25
The Branch Director coordinates and directs all Club programming at his/her Club Unit. He/she reports directly to the Director of Operations.
He/she is responsible for the supervision of after school, vacation, and early release day programs. This includes coordinating with and supervising all program staff, including the Teen Coordinators with regards to teen programming.
He/she is responsible for holding timely program staff meetings, attending Managers Meetings, All Staff meetings, Board Meetings (when requested) and Community Meetings (as appropriate).

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
RELATIONSHIPS
Internal: Maintains close contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer) and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain guidelines/instructions and advise/counsel.
External: Maintains contact with the public to give and obtain information, either in response to inquiries or as directed by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS - A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Must be a high school graduate.
PROFESSIONAL EXEPRIENCE – Must have at least two years face-to-face leadership experience with a non-profit youth-serving agency.
KNOWLEDGE – Must possess skills for the direction and coordination of recreation programs and program staff.
LICENSES – Must have a Class “C” license for over one year, and a clean driver’s record. Must be current in CPR/First Aid certifications and have a current TB clearance.

Must have the physical skills abilities for the working conditions that are required to perform the essential duties of this position, as required by the American with Disabilities Act. The physical skills might include sitting or standing for long periods of time, walking, and carrying or lifting items up to 40 pounds at one time, squatting, bending over, twisting, or repetitive motions. These activities might be in addition to other physical skills that are needed to complete the job description.
