Lead staff person in charge of Human Resources Management & Systems and support staff for financial/accounting management in the administrative office. Responsible for providing executive support to the Finance Director and/or Chief Executive Officer. May include serving as a liaison to the board of directors, manage and assist with overall administrative and personnel services, office, and information management to include development and implementation of policies and practices that comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and are consistent with Boys and Girls Clubs of Lower Bergen County’s mission.
FUNCTION – SCOPE STATEMENT:
Support, promote, and enhance the mission, vision, and strategic direction of the BGCGH. Lead the organization in a data and impact driven culture. Develop and manage data systems for the overall programmatic operations for BGCGH. Create systems that support the sustainability of clean and accurate data. Manage overall programmatic and operational recording and tracking of major reports, with primary concern for data management processes, guidelines, implementation, reporting and record keeping; communication with appropriate administrative and Club staff, and training and administration on relevant data tracking systems.
AmeriCorps VISTA leader program is open to members who have completed at least one year of full-time service with AmeriCorps or Peace Corps. Leaders work to expand and build capacity of individual members, guiding VISTA members serving across Indian Country through their year of service.

In accordance with the elements of competence established for Boys & Girls Club resource development professionals, the Director of Development is responsible for implementing a broad range of fundraising activities for the Club. They will work with the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors to plan and execute all resource development strategies and monitor progress against goals. The Director of Development is responsible for providing leadership and direction to staff in support of resource development and marketing.
