The Annual Giving Manager is a key member of the Resource Development team. This person is responsiblefor planning and implementing strategies for identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardshipof individual donors to support the annual campaign. This positionwill oversee direct mail and e-mail solicitation and manage/develop the donor database, including donation acknowledgment, donor stewardship, cultivation, and retention. The
The Donor Relations Manager will generate fundraising income to meet or exceed budget goals through identification, research, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donor prospects, individual donors, and corporate volunteer groups. The primary objective of the Donor Impact Manager is to develop long-term relationships built on a firm understanding of donors’ interests, passions, and values.
Directs and manages overall daily operations of a branch/unit under the control of the organization with the primary concern for a comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery. Also supervises and trains staff (direct and indirect reports), handles personnel issues, manages facility, develops and manages a budget, actively engages and supports a Unit Advisory Council, and manages community relations, volunteers, and membership administration.
In concert with the vision set by the Board of Directors and CEO, plan and execute resource development strategies and monitor progress against goals. Develop and implement a fundraising plan for the organization to meet operating budget needs on an annual basis as well as long term. Secure funds to meet organizational growth objectives. Responsible for the development and coordination of fundraising campaigns, oversight of grant proposal writing and reporting, special events, donor solicitation, and all marketing and communication. Serve as the principal development staff person and manage all development staff.

The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of a specific program for youth in grades 1st - 5th within a designated Club. Program responsibility supports our priority outcome areas of Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character and Citizenship. Communicate with parents as necessary regarding behavior and Club events. The Program Director also provides leadership and supervision to assigned programs and volunteer staff; manages budgets and controls expenses as assigned.

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Chattahoochee Valley is the Chattahoochee Valley’s premier youth development organization. Our programs, training and services impact nearly 2,500 children and teens every year. We are in the midst of an unprecedented expansion and shift in our program strategy and are continuing our work with several Private Foundations while expanding our work with Local, State, and Federal Government Grants. These funding sources are helping us to accomplish our goal of ensuring our Club members graduate on time with a plan for the future, go on to live a healthy lifestyle, and give back to their community.
