Position Purpose
Under the direct supervision of Club Leadership, Program Leader supports the School Site by providing youth development services and limited operational support. The Program Leader will be responsible for oversight and programming for a group of 14-20 members. Additionally, they shall assume accountability for the results in achieving the outlined goals and objectives of the Club’s programs.
This position is part time (25 hours weekly during the school year; 40 hours weekly during our summer programming) supporting a specific Clubhouse/Site per the job posting. This position is eligible for benefits.

Pay
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and BGCSF needs. At BGCSF, our decisions are based on other factors and are dependent on the circumstances of each position. Depending on the need and requirement of the position, an individual could be hired at or near the entry-level, mid-level or top-of-the-range for their role and compensation. As such, a reasonable estimate of the current range is $20 to $22 per hour.
