FUNCTION – SCOPE STATEMENT: The Director of Workforce Readiness will have operational responsibility for BGCGH Workforce Pathways for Youth program. The position’s primary responsibility is to create a high quality overall club experience for BGCGH members. PRIMARY FUNCTION: Resource Development Director has the leadership role of developing, growing, and creating synergies to enhance revenue through fund development initiatives with emphasis on growing individual giving (annual fund and major gifts), as well as special event revenue.
