Whether you’re joining our administrative team, a Clubhouse team, a school-based team, or our Camp Mendocino team, you’ll be surrounded by enthusiastic, talented, and passionate colleagues who wake up every day ready to inspire young people to reach their full potential.   Position Purpose   Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Clubhouse Director, the Youth Development Coordinator, the Youth Development Coordinator/Van Driver provides transportation for Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco (BGCSF) youth and staff in a 12 passenger BGCSF van. This person will also support the Clubhouse by providing program and departmental assistance to Clubhouse Staff.  When not driving the van, this person will be running or supporting programs that engage youth ages 6-18 years of age and shall assume accountability for the results in achieving the outlined goals and objectives of those programs.   This is a full time position (40 hours weekly), supporting our Don Fisher Clubhouse.  This position is benefits eligible.
