Whether you’re joining our administrative team, a Clubhouse team, a school-based team, or our Camp Mendocino team, you’ll be surrounded by enthusiastic, talented, and passionate colleagues who wake up every day ready to inspire young people to reach their full potential.   Position Purpose   Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Clubhouse Director, the Youth Development Coordinator, the Youth Development Coordinator/Van Driver provides transportation for Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco (BGCSF) youth and staff in a 12 passenger BGCSF van. This person will also support the Clubhouse by providing program and departmental assistance to Clubhouse Staff.  When not driving the van, this person will be running or supporting programs that engage youth ages 6-18 years of age and shall assume accountability for the results in achieving the outlined goals and objectives of those programs.   This is a full time position (40 hours weekly), supporting our Don Fisher Clubhouse.  This position is benefits eligible.

They are responsible for the efficient operation of the Camp office, employee/camper files, communication, and all administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include prep work, timely turn out of meals, meal presentation, and overall strong culinary skills. The Special Diets Chef will support the kitchen staff team with prepping and serving meals, cleaning the kitchen area, and working as a close team. This positions will specifically ensure that individuals requiring a special diet have their needs met - this includes vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and halal meals, among others.

Job Title: Coordinator for Talent Acquisition & Retention      Department: Business Office Reports to:  Chief Operations Officer            Effective Date: ASAP   Job Summary: The Talent and Acquisition and Retention Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the hiring process of candidates from all stages of the employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, orientation, career planning and career development. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, evaluating resumes, conducting  interviews, and gathering recruitment data for the best candidates. This person will work closely with the Business Office and Human Resources team to develop effective strategies and programs to recruit and enhance retention of staff. The Coordinator will also ensure a steady flow of applicants by assuring open positions are visible and compelling.   Supervisory Responsibilities: - This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does assist in the recruitment process, interview of hires, and training of new staff.

The Annual Giving Manager is a key member of the Resource Development team. This person is responsiblefor planning and implementing strategies for identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardshipof individual donors to support the annual campaign. This positionwill oversee direct mail and e-mail solicitation and manage/develop the donor database, including donation acknowledgment, donor stewardship, cultivation, and retention. TheAnnual Giving Managercoordinates with staff in seeking grant funds and is responsible for foundation, corporate, and government grants. The Annual GivingManager will focus on strategically expanding the organization’s annual giving program with a goal ofsignificantly increasing the base of annual fund support of gifts up to $5,000.

The Donor Relations Manager will generate fundraising income to meet or exceed budget goals through identification, research, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donor prospects, individual donors, and corporate volunteer groups. The primary objective of the Donor Impact Manager is to develop long-term relationships built on a firm understanding of donors’ interests, passions, and values.

Directs and manages overall daily operations of a branch/unit under the control of the organization with the primary concern for a comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery. Also supervises and trains staff (direct and indirect reports), handles personnel issues, manages facility, develops and manages a budget, actively engages and supports a Unit Advisory Council, and manages community relations, volunteers, and membership administration.

In concert with the vision set by the Board of Directors and CEO, plan and execute resource development strategies and monitor progress against goals. Develop and implement a fundraising plan for the organization to meet operating budget needs on an annual basis as well as long term. Secure funds to meet organizational growth objectives. Responsible for the development and coordination of fundraising campaigns, oversight of grant proposal writing and reporting, special events, donor solicitation, and all marketing and communication. Serve as the principal development staff person and manage all development staff.

The goal of the Mental Health Coordinator is to proactively support members before they begin to struggle by building preventative systems. The Mental Health Professional provides an array of services for youth who need additional support and guidance with their social, emotional, and mental wellbeing. This position will be vital in supporting our Club members through a strong multi-faceted approach including; weekly check-ins, use of trauma-informed care model, broad based assessments, support groups, restorative practices, parent education, peer interaction, positive behavior support, etc.  Through collaboration with school district staff, Department of Social Services, Human Services Center, BGCNW staff, and other community supports, the Mental Health Professional will work with BGCNW members and families to provide support, guidance, and connect them with resources in the community.   Starting Salary: $40,000-$45,000 Annually

Primary Functions:  The Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Specialist provides an array of services for youth who may need additional support and guidance in their personal growth.  Services include, but are not limited to check-ins during Club, cooperative peer interactions and group games, positive behavior reinforcement, and social and coping skills, development and enhancement. Using a trauma informed care model, the SEL Specialist addresses an individual child’s social and emotional learning needs through a multi faceted approach within the Club. The SEL Specialist will collaborate with BGCNW leadership to develop, implement, and evaluate SEL programming within the Club. Starting Salary: $32,500-$37,500

The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of a specific program for youth in grades 1st - 5th within a designated Club. Program responsibility supports our priority outcome areas of Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character and Citizenship. Communicate with parents as necessary regarding behavior and Club events. The Program Director also provides leadership and supervision to assigned programs and volunteer staff; manages budgets and controls expenses as assigned.   Salary Range: $37,500 to $42,500 per year; this is a salaried position

Position Summary: This individual manages and oversees the solicitation of sponsorships, fundraising events, stewardship opportunities, and manages annual comprehensive giving campaigns. They will work closely with the CEO of the Cliff Hagan Boys & Girls Club and other staff to engage in collaboration for the success of annual giving to the organization.   Salary: $36,000.00 - $40,000 per year

Salary Range: $49,969 – $61,305 General Work Schedule: Hybrid Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM This position supports the work of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Georgia (BGCCG), a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development. The Finance Director serves on the CEO’s senior leadership team; oversees and manages financial matters, investments, and information systems; and provides strategic initiatives and leadership for BGCCG business operations.  Supports the mission, vision, and strategic goals of BGCCG.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Controller will be responsible for the oversight of accounting, monthly and annual financial reporting activities. The Controller will evaluate and, when necessary implement strong internal accounting controls to improve the organization’s internal processes and ensure timely audits.  The Controller, as a part of the Senior Management Team must demonstrate a team first disposition in supporting the needs of the operation.  The Controller will supervisor a team of two additional accountants and will have functional responsibility over accounting activities including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, grants accounting and reporting, chart of accounts and general ledger management. In addition, the Controller will support the CFO in preparing reports for board presentations.

Advises and assists Unit/Branch Directors in the areas of volunteer recruitment and management, advisory council development, facility management, personnel issues, budget development and program development.
