Primary Functions:
The Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Specialist provides an array of services for youth who may need additional support and guidance in their personal growth. Services include, but are not limited to check-ins during Club, cooperative peer interactions and group games, positive behavior reinforcement, and social and coping skills, development and enhancement. Using a trauma informed care model, the SEL Specialist addresses an individual child’s social and emotional learning needs through a multi faceted approach within the Club. The SEL Specialist will collaborate with BGCNW leadership to develop, implement, and evaluate SEL programming within the Club.
Starting Salary: $32,500-$37,500
