Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Controller will be responsible for the oversight of accounting, monthly and annual financial reporting activities. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Bay County is looking for the right candidate to oversee Club operations and programs with primary concern for program development, implementation, reporting, and safety; staff development; supervision of assigned staff; facilities management; and budget management.

TDMs plan and deliver programming to their age-based in the Arts, Education, Character & Leadership, Health & Wellness, and Sports & Recreation. TDMs steward a climate that is inclusive, equitable, and culturally responsive and engage their cohort in trauma-informed, restorative, and developmentally appropriate behavior management and discipline. 

Youth Development Mentor (YDM) focus on the delivery of activities and mentorship to elementary-aged youth that supports their developmental growth toward a great future. YDMs plan and deliver programming to their age-based (early, middle, or late elementary) stable cohort of (10 max) youth in the Arts, Education, Character & Leadership, Health & Wellness, and Sports & Recreation. YDMs steward a climate that is inclusive, equitable, and culturally responsive and engage their cohort in trauma-informed, restorative, and developmentally appropriate behavior management and discipline.   

Responsible for providing accounting support and assistance to the Director of Finance in carrying out the overall financial and accounting function for the organization.
