The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing the daily fiscal operations of Don Moyer Boys & Girls Club, including accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing. Working with the Chief Executive Officer and Administrative Leadership Team, the Director of Finance develops the annual organizational budget and supports the annual audit while preparing monthly financial reports and statements for grant reports and monitors/overseeing facilities management and maintenance for the organization.

Directs the Manager of Program Support, Membership Director, and Membership Coordinator. Manages all strategic relationships and partnerships with LAUSD and BUSD ASES Program. Oversees government programs , transportation programs and implements companywide training and staff development. Maintains close, daily contact with Club professional, has contact with members, and provides technical assistance in matters of programming and operations; interacts regularly with Chief Executive Officer.Maintains contact with external community groups,  and partners.

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Chattahoochee Valley is the Chattahoochee Valley’s premier youth development organization. Our programs, training and services impact nearly 2,500 children and teens every year. We are in the midst of an unprecedented shift in our program strategy and are in search for a passionate individual who can support the Resource Development operations for this growing organization.   We are seeking qualified Resource Development Consultant  to play a critical role in securing the financial resources necessary to support the growth and sustainability of the organization's programs and services. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with individuals, businesses, foundations, and government entities to secure funding and resources that directly impact the success and positive outcomes for youth and families served by the Boys & Girls Clubs.

Coordinates and manages all teen and pre-teen programs and activities including educational, recreation, college and career development, and health and life skills programs with a concern for providing supervision and control over members, supervising staff and volunteers in area, ordering and maintaining needed supplies and disciplining members when necessary. Coordinates with other program directors regarding college bound, creative arts, and athletics teen programs.

The Field Services is responsible for overseeing afterschool programs at various school sites. This encompasses adherence to policy and procedure, appearance of space and successful operation of programs at the sites. The Field Services will provide support to Managers of Enrichment Sites, Unit Directors, and staff at the sites. The focus will be on ensuring exceptional quality at each site in conjunction with BGCA policies and best practices. The Field Services will visit all assigned sites on a daily basis.

Job Summary: This position is directly responsible to the Program Director for all administrative and programming issues. Responsibilities include: the direct supervision of club members and staff to ensure the overall safety of members at all times. The UD is the daily contact for the assigned BGC site and school personnel. The UD will maintain a positive relationship with parents of members and communicate any concerns. The planning, promoting, coordinating, and implementation of the school site program is completed in cooperation with assigned staff. General maintenance and supervision of the classroom, playfield, and other spaces permitted for use is expected. Conduct program supervision within the Boys & Girls Club of Burbank and GEV program policies, procedures, and philosophies.

This position reports directly to the Unit Director. Responsibilities include conducting Power Hour: the homework assistance program. Duties also include assisting with homework assignments and personal education development of enrolled members. Must plan, promote and execute extra-curricular programming as assigned by the Co-Unit Director. Direct supervision of club members to ensure safety. Provide general maintenance of equipment; books, tables, chairs and general clean up of space provided. Conduct programs within the BGC Burbank policies, procedures and philosophies.

The Operations Support Specialist provides administrative support to COO and Sr. Vice President of Operations and operational support to the Core Operations Leadership Team (COLT). The incumbent manages the South Admin office and leads the process for maintaining office systems and supplies. This includes scheduling spaces and liaising with IT and other BGCDE departments. In conjunction with COLT initiatives, the Operations Support Specialist provides support to Clubs throughout the state in the areas of, but not limited to, training, program development, data management, professional development, and recruiting.  The incumbent plays a key role in COLT meetings and helps coordinate and drive organization-wide initiatives by utilizing systems for planning, organizing, and progress monitoring. This position also manages key operations functions such as insurance and other compliance-related functions. As an extension of the Core Operations Leadership team, the Operations Support Specialist must consistently exhibit professionalism, maintain confidentiality, and set the tone for world-class customer service.

Seeking an HR generalist who has a wide array of HR experiences inclusive of Payroll. This role has (3) key responsibility areas, HRIS, HR Generalist, and Payroll.  The incumbent will provide operational support within the Human Resources and Payroll department and is a subject matter expert of the HRIS system, Ideally Paycor. The incumbent must have a high level of computer skills to manage the HRIS and Payroll system. The Boys & Girls clubs is a statewide organization and occasional travel to other counties will be required. 

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT - $50,000 - $65,000 annual salary The Director of Development works with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and board to plan and execute resource development strategies and monitor progress toward goals. Supports the CEO in positioning the board to cultivate and solicit major gifts and grants from individuals, corporations, foundations, United Way, government agencies and others, and is responsible for providing leadership and direction to staff in support of resource development and marketing.

JOB SUMMARY:   The Director of Development, under the supervision of the Executive Director, will identify, cultivate, and solicit gifts from new individual donors and nurture and encourage existing individual donors for growth and sustainability.  The incumbent will also cultivate new investment partners from the local community including government, business, and industry using effective persuasion, appeal, and winning concessions without damaging relationships by positioning views and arguments appropriately to win support.  The incumbent will encourage diverse and innovative thinking to promote and nurture innovation and new sources of revenue.  Together with other staff professionals, board committees, and board members the incumbent will develop and execute the club’s financial development vision with an emphasis on enhancing the donor experience from acquisition of new donors to active stewardship of the existing donor base. PRIMARY FUNCTION: This position assists the Vice President of Human Resources with the day to day function of the Human Resources department. The position will focus on on-boarding, benefits administration, payroll, recruitment, retirement, worker's compensation and other programs. Duties include conducting new employee orientation and benefit information sessions, coordination of retirement files, benefit reconciliation, and monitoring Workers Comp claims. Assists with coordinating the full range of employee programs throughout the organization and ensures uniformity of services to our multiple locations.

Job Summary: The Vice President of Development will be responsible for leading the regional fundraising efforts for Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida with a focus on developing individual, corporate, and foundation donors within the specified geographic areas as well as support Fundraising & Advocacy Board Members within these counties on fundraising opportunities. In collaboration with the Chief Development Officer, the Vice President of Development will execute the organization's fundraising strategy throughout Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties.

PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Director of Development Operations is responsible for working alongside Development Leadership to implement an operational strategy to drive donor investment and engagement with the organization.  This is achieved through customer relationship management software utilization, development of stewardship initiatives, organization of Club engagement opportunities, and a focus on continuous improvement of key metrics and process effectiveness through data collection and analysis.

The Union League Boys and Girls Club was founded December 26, 1919, and became an affiliate member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America on February 23, 1920. The Union League Boys & Girls Clubs strives to enable all young people - especially those who need them most - to reach their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens. Currently, Clubs serve more than 15,700 enrolled members between the ages of 6 and 18 at 21 locations. Each day, more than 1,700 youth take part in programming focused on academic success, healthy lifestyles, good character and citizenship. The Union League Boys & Girls Clubs also launched a programming initiative at the Cook County Juvenile Temporary Detention Center aimed at reducing the high rate of recidivism among the juvenile detainees.   SCOPEANDRESPONSIBILITY The Vice President of Development, will provide strategic leadership to the Development team by designing, developing, and implementing strategic priorities that drive effective fund-raising activities. They will provide direction to the President & CEO and Board of Trustees in the effective operation of all development activities required to fund Club operations and deliver programs within the community. The Vice President of Development will be charged with championing the organization’s overall resource development plan. Additionally, this position is responsible for soliciting, cultivating, and securing major gifts, leading the development team, and providing clear direction and updates to leadership.   Key to success in this position is maintaining visibility and communication with trustees, donors, and other stakeholders, a metrics driven method of success and being a team leader ready to drive forward with financial success, and securing and maintaining major gifts donors.

Under the supervision of the VP of Operations, the Program Director is responsible for developing and implementing a variety of programs that achieve the priority outcomes of Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship. The Program Director will provide support to the Club in data entry, parent communication, community outreach, staff development & direction, grant writing, recruiting & retaining Club Members, and facility management. Develop and implement a fundraising plan for the organization to meet operating budget needs on an annual basis as well as long term. Secure funds to meet organizational growth objectives. Responsible for the development and coordination of fundraising campaigns, oversight of grant proposal writing and reporting, special events and donor solicitation. Manage all development staff and contractors as assigned by CEO. Manage Development Committee as well as the overall engagement of board members on fundraising efforts. Along with the CEO, serve as the principal development staff person on operating, capital and endowment campaigns.
