The Director of Development oversees and executes a comprehensive fundraising strategy to grow private revenue in support of the organization’s mission and long-term sustainability. Private revenue currently totals more than $2M annually and includes contributions from individuals, corporations, and foundations.
This is a leadership role reporting to the COO and will collaborate closely with other senior leaders to align strategic priorities and achieve fundraising goals.

The Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City is seeking a welcoming and highly efficient professional to join our growing team! This role requires a skilled Membership Coordinator who is responsible for ensuring the organization is successfully administering our data management system, MyClubHub (Salesforce product).
