Job Summary
The Program Manager works across two Clubs to ensure youth receive consistently high-quality, engaging, and outcomes-driven programming. This role splits time between two assigned Clubs (approximately 50% at each site over a two-week cycle) and uses BGCMD program planning tools and BGCA youth development best practices to design and coordinate a balanced mix of academic support, wellness, enrichment, and life and workforce skills programming. When the Program Manager is on site, they will be expected to deliver direct services to youth and are considered to be in ratio in terms of coverage. Additionally, the Program Manager equips staff with the curriculum, resources, and support necessary to deliver excellent programming every day and partners with Club Directors, families, community partners, and Program Support Center teams to uphold a safe, inclusive, and inspiring Club Experiences across two sites that are rooted in BGCA’s Five Key Elements for Positive Youth Development.

This position works primarily at assigned club locations but may occasionally work from other BGCMD facilities as necessary. All remote work and other flexible work arrangements must be approved prior to implementation.
