The Development Coordinator is a key member of the Club team, primarily responsible for managing the annual giving program, social media planning, tracking, and content creation, establishing partnerships and outreach to disseminate Boys and Girls Clubs of Hudson County information, and assisting with the CRM operations. This role supports all functions of fund development, ensuring the effective execution of fundraising strategies and donor relationship management. The Development Coordinator works closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the Director of Program Development as well as other team members to achieve organizational goals and maximize donor engagement.
