About Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay:

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay is building one of the most ambitious youth development platforms in the country to ensure youth and young adults are prepared for college, career, and life.

Formed through the largest Boys & Girls Club merger in American history, our organization now serves more than 20,000 youth across 64 locations, making us one of the largest nonprofit afterschool providers in Florida and one of the largest Boys & Girls Clubs affiliates in America.

But scale is not the goal. Impact is.

We have adopted a new mission and vision, and launched Vision 35, a long-term strategy to become the benchmark for youth development in America. That means moving beyond access alone and delivering measurable outcomes in academic success, health and well-being, and workforce readiness.

By 2035, we are building toward influencing system level changes and serving more than 150,000 young people annually through a full continuum of services that connect early learning to careers. This requires more than program growth. It requires stronger systems, better data, deeper partnerships, and leaders who know how to scale impact across a complex organization.

We operate at the intersection of education, workforce development, public health, and economic mobility. Our partnerships span school districts, local and state government, philanthropy, and the business community. The work is both mission-driven and results-driven, because changing outcomes for young people changes outcomes for entire communities.

To get there, we are investing in talent, structure, and leadership and making a deliberate shift toward scale, consistency, and execution across our entire footprint.

If you are a leader who knows how to turn strategy into results, build high-performing teams, and drive measurable impact at scale, this is the kind of platform where your work shows up in real outcomes for young people every day.
