Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Vice President of Planning & Measurement is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the integrity, analysis, and interpretation of organizational data to drive decision-making and demonstrate impact.  This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and clarity of data across all Club sites and programs, with a focus on youth outcomes, participation, and engagement.  The VP will supervise the Data Analyst and Membership Manager, ensuring effective use of the membership system and data platforms to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure data systems and processes support accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for data-related initiatives with Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
  • Ensure the data team provides accurate data & quality assurance.
  • Oversee data integrity across all systems, including daily attendance, youth and teen enrollment, participation metrics, youth survey data, etc.
  • Implement quality control protocols and regular audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide training and support to staff on data entry standards and best practices.
  • Leverage regional data analytics to identify and communicate strategic opportunities for organizational performance measurement and growth.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis and generate comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking across the organization.
  • Support the mission of the organization by providing a positive environment for youth development.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in analytics, strategic planning & performance measurement preferred.
  • Leadership & Team management skills.
  • Excellent in relationship building and teamwork.
  • Project management skills.
  • Stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI; working knowledge of statistical software and survey platforms like Qualtrics or Survey Monkey.
