The Boys & Girls Club of the Coastside (BGCC) is a nonprofit organization serving Half Moon Bay and the surrounding communities. Its mission is to enable all Coastside youth, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. BGCC provides a safe, supportive environment where youth can grow, learn, and thrive. The Club offers a variety of programs and services that promote academic success, healthy lifestyles, and character development for youth aged 6 to 18. Key Boys & Girls Club program areas include Academic Support, Skills Development and Community Engagement, Sports and Fitness, Safety and Emotional Wellness, and Sports and Community Facilities.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the BGCC Executive Director is an exceptional leader with a genuine passion for the youth of the Coastside who can manage and strengthen the organization. Our ideal candidate is a mission-driven, strategic, ethical, and innovative leader who can successfully collaborate in our local community. This person can effectively balance day-to-day operational leadership while serving as a community ambassador who develops important relationships with the BGCC staff, supporters, partners, and donors, as well as with the broader Coastside community, including government representatives, nonprofit leaders, and potential donors.
The Executive Director leads a team of 6 full-time leadership staff, 20 part-time program staff, over 50 seasonal coaches, 3 key contractors, and many volunteers. The Executive Director directly supervises the Program Director, Operations Director, Accounting Manager, and Office Coordinator.

Compensation and benefits
Salary range is $105K to $130K/year and is dependent upon skill and experience. Employee is eligible for full individual health care, SIMPLE IRA with BGCC matching, generous PTO, and other benefits.
