Club Coordinator

We are currently looking for talented individuals like yourself to join our team in the role of Club Coordinator

Here are some key details about the position: 

Job Title: Club Coordinator 

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA  

Relocation Expenses: This position does not offer relocation expenses. Candidates must be able to commute locally to this position.

Responsibilities: 

Provide a safe and supportive environment for children and youth 
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programs 
 Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members 
 Assist with homework and provide tutoring as needed 
 Teach and educate children on various subjects, including sports, arts, and sciences 
Promote positive behavior management techniques 
Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in the program 
 Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team environment 

Requirements: 

Minimum of four years’ experience with youth programs. 

Ability to communicate with the general public clearly and to organize and problem solve. 

Ability to plan, implement and organize quality programs for youth while providing a safe environment. 

Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems. 

Understanding of child and youth development principles 

Ability to train, supervise, and motivate members. 

Ability to meet all job responsibility deadlines. 

Maintain contact with external community groups, schools, members' parents, and general public to assist in resolving problems. 

Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices 
Strong communication and interpersonal skill 

Full time position- monday through Friday.  year round 

Pay range 25.00-27.00
