Position Purpose

Under the direct supervision of Club Leadership, the Cohort Program Leader supports the Clubhouse by providing youth development services and limited operational support. The Cohort Program Leader will work in a team with a second Program Leader ('co-lead') and together they are responsible for oversight and programming for a group of 12-14 members (the 'cohort'). The Cohort Program Leader must remain with their cohort of kids each day. Additionally, they shall assume accountability for the results in achieving the outlined goals and objectives of the Club’s programs.

 

This position is part time (20 hours weekly during the school year; 40 hours weekly during our summer programming at another BGCSF location or option to take the summer off) supporting our Mission Preparatpry School Site.
