General Position: Responsibility for executing resource and funding development strategies and maintain progress against revenue and income goals.
The Director of Development is responsible for working with the Board of Directors through the CEO and key staff to assure funds are generated and administered appropriately to guarantee the financial sustainability of the organization and accountability to funders.

Bachelors Degree in business administration, related fields and or equivalent experience. Five years of ample experience in managing solid relationships with donors, grantors and board volunteers with evidence, knowledge in how to work with funding agencies, volunteers, prospects, and donors.
